Went to this wonderful studio with a group of friends. I'm 6 months pregnant and me and my friends are all at different levels of experience. Tikva was so great at meeting each of us at our level and knowing exactly how much to push us for the best stretches and helping us get the most out of our experience. She was so kind and supportive. Can't wait to go back!

Best Pilates private I’ve ever had. The instructor paid attention to every detail of every movement I made and made sure to correct some of the things I habitually do like always shrugging my shoulders. I also love that this is a small business. The stretch afterwards was also amazing. My body feels absolutely amazing after the Pilates and stretch session and I ended up buying a package. Highly recommend for all levels.
