Alterations at Nordstrom

I came to Nordstrom expecting highly professional service especially that they advertise on their website denim alternations. It’s not easy to do a good job with denim. Little did I know service would be so poor! The first seamstress I spoke with told me a price of $35 and $10 more for the same day service but when I went to a register to pay there was $95 on the bill. I wanted to leave at this point because I didn’t trust them but a very nice and competent Nordstrom lady said she was going to fix it because there was not even my name on the bill. She did fix the billing. But when I came to pick up my jeans, the seam was completely different color and not even straight!...read full review
