Trying to get someone to answer the phone during business hours, you might as well forget it. I just need some information and it's been all week trying to get a person to speak to me.
They just moved to there location, but they get the job done correctly. They are very respectful, professional, and diligent. Or on time if you will. The only issue I have faced is that they don't have an actual phone number that you can call and expect an answer #personalexperience. They are very busy and seen to lack on the administrative level slightly. Some staff aren't too inviting, but where one may lack another will excel. They most definitely help you complete your requirements for your guard card/registration.As far as training and certain sites, I feel the supervision is laxed, lack of training, and structure is evident. Starting pay is low, pay will only be decent if in an upper class area, or complex etc... most supervisors are terrible, post commanders terrible, operations manager that schedule you if you're part-time terrible. Overall not good but I have worked for worse in this industry. If you're desperate do it if not don't.
