My attic fan motor had died. The representative Phil came over and gave an estimate and we scheduled a date for replacement. I provided the motor and fan blade/thermostat which I had received under warranty. On the scheduled day the technicians came punctually on time and within an hour replaced the parts. The employees of this company are very polite and professional. I was very happy with their service and highly recommend them. The price charged was less than what other technicians were asking for.
