I'm only giving one star because I can't give zero, but the cashier named Monty was extremely rude super disrespectful to me this afternoon for no apparent reason other than I asked him to please do not throw my items on the counter after he scanned them. I asked him why are you acting so sassy towards me throwing my stuff. He told me he didn't like me, mind you I never met this guy before. He even forgot to scan my Coca-Cola case and when he did, he got super mad like it was my fault he forgot to scan it.. I told him what is wrong with you what's going on, and he responded with oh yeah I'm retarded" totally uncalled for... he got me so upset and all the customers in line were upset as well of how he was treating me.. Monty does not need to be dealing with customers, he does not have customer service skills....

I was doing some regular shopping when I got startled by a staff member yelling at me at the self-checkout. I hadn't noticed the line for self-checkout and had gone straight to the register. A shelf with bakery products was blocking the view of the line, which was tucked away between the liquor aisles. As I started scanning my items, a staff member suddenly yelled 'Sir!' right behind me. He aggressively pointed out the line, saying 'it starts there'. I apologized and joined the line, but I was shocked by his tone. I am a new member. I had groceries delivered. Half of them were foul and moldy. Very obvious. They were nice enough to replace some. But they were just as moldy and they did not reimburse me for the total items. was getting tired of constant back and forth. The staff seemed overworked but friendly. Nevertheless I can overlook this. Nobody is perfect. But what if: I sent this as a gift to someone. How embarrassing that would be! Here is your grocery Christmas gift: foul and moldy groceries. I don't want to rag on the staff. They are overworked and not enough pay.
