He was on-time, prepared, polite, professional, diagnosed the problem with our Williams wall heater quickly, resolved it, and went the extra mile to ensure there would be no other issues including adjusting the gas flow and pilot, examining the venting both inside and on the roof. He also provided recommendations to avoid problems in the future. All of this for the initial quote for the service call which was less than $100. We will definitely keep his number and call him again if we have any issues with our wall heater and through-the-wall AC units in our guest house, as well as any problems with our HVAC in our main house.
Razmik was a true professional. He and his crew installed splits throughout my home. They were timely and efficient and got the job done quickly. I would definitely recommend.
