I picked Air Condition Systems because of the strong reviews, and I’m very glad I did. The furnace repair and heat pump service were some of the best I have had from any HVAC company. Erik spent extra time beyond the normal service call checking wiring, adjusting the system setup, and cleaning the furnace and heat pump equipment. This review is long overdue. Our heater and HVAC system started acting up during the warm season, and the service was outstanding. They sent Erik out quickly, and within a short time they installed a new, more efficient furnace and replaced our old central air unit. Their kindness really stood out, and I especially appreciated how patient they were because they explained the heater repair work, furnace options, and system details more than once in a clear and simple way. After a recent storm caused a few electrical problems at our house, we were relieved that the heating and cooling equipment was still working perfectly. Other crews came out for separate electrical repairs,...read full review
Hi, the heater repair and installation team did a great job. The technician arrived on time, clearly explained the heater work he was going to do, and answered all of our questions after the job was completed. We are completely satisfied with the furnace installation and really like the Ecobee thermostat. The technician also showed us how to operate the thermostat and reviewed the heating system settings in a simple, helpful way. Since the weather in Los Angeles has been mild, we have not needed to run the heater very much yet, but during testing we could feel the heat working properly and everything seemed to be running smoothly. We feel confident the system will perform...read full review
