Dr. Frank Marco and his staff in Eagle Rock went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed & comfortable when bringing our precious 17 year-old kitty, “Lily”, in for a check-up & evaluation. She’s doing great. As with the experience we had with our late kitty, “Carmela”, all options for continued care were explained in detail. Our family highly recommends A.A.H. My dog had a massive, fast growing tumor on her side. My original vet just handed me the estimate and didn't give any other info about the risks, recovery, ect, so I came here for a 2nd opinion, and I am SOO glad i did!Dr. Shakar explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions and concerns as if it were his own dog. The surgery went well and it only took my husky 1 week to recover! 2 months later she is still doing amazing thanks to these guys. Not to mention their surgery price was cheaper than the others which is a plus. Very grateful!

The staff was super nice and the total cost wasn't too bad. However, the wait time can be long at times (I waited 2.5 hours for an exam). Also, I asked for a nail trim (which was $17.50) but when I looked at my dogs nails, they were the exact same! I would only come here if it's absolutely necessary.
