I reached out to Caty via Instagram as I had fallen in love with her work. We managed to get me in her busy schedule today and she did not disappoint. I left her place satisfied with my haircut. I asked her if she could cut all the dead ends but at the same time keep as much length as possible (I've been growing my hair out) and she did exactly that. My hair not only looks good, but feels good. She told me how to care for my hair and the do's & dont's. Her place is gorgeous too! Spacious with a nice view of the mariachi plaza that's across the street. I'll be coming back in 6 months.
I never knew Adama Salon was close to my house until I went to Mariposa Cafe. It's literally right next to the coffee shop. The owner is super nice and I showed her a Pic of he haircut I wanted and she did it. My head feels so much lighter. She requires a 20 deposit but at the end it was only 70 bucks which I thought was reasonable. She showed me how to style my hair and even suggested curtain bangs instead of swooping bangs and I loved the way out came out. Parking is kind of hard to find because the salon is by mariachi Plaza. Totally recommend
I’ve been trusting Catalina with my hair for the past 8 years, and every single visit has been an absolute delight! From color to cut, I’ve never left the salon less than thrilled. Catalina has an incredible ability to understand exactly what I want, even when I’m not sure myself. The color always turns out perfectly vibrant and shiny, and the cuts are consistently flattering and easy to maintain. I’ve never had a bad experience and always leave feeling refreshed and confident. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such a warm, friendly atmosphere. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!
