We completed a major remodel less than 3 years ago with Eli/ AAA We have reoccurring cracks, uneven flooring in our bathroom creating major issues. Drywall issues everywhere. Wood flooring separating as they did not install correctly. I have tried to reach Eli and he will not return my calls. The last time they repaired something he was at our home and was aggressive and angry. We discovered his project manager drinking alcohol while working on our home. Flooding because they took off our roof and they could not get a subcontractor to apply the new roof. I could write a book about this! Avoid poor workmanship, terrible customer service, etc. etc. Look elsewhere.

I hired this company in late 2019/early 2020 to update our kitchen. They tore the kitchen apart and left it like that for two weeks without starting work. Their electrician installed very poor wiring and cut the ground wires off the recessed lighting wiring. He also installed a GFI behind the refrigerator which we would not have known when it was tripped. In addition he cut a whole beneath the outlet allowing a mouse infestation to begin in our house. We were so ready to have them out of the house by the end of the process that we left unfinished trim and painting which we will have to pay to deal with. We are now having our house wiring updated by an honorable businessman who has pointed out numerous problems with the wiring in the kitchen such as putting the sink garbage disposal and dishwasher on the same circuit. Do not hire this company.

Called Monday for pool remodel estimate. Appointment set with Eli for the next day between 2-4 PM. The time came and went without him showing or calling. Wasted my time. Mistakes happen, but to not call is bad business. Don't know how they follow through on constructions, I just know that their first impression sucked. Be careful.
