We had an excellent experience with AAA APPLIANCE REPAIR INC appliance service. Jesus Al was our tech that came out for service and he was on time and was able to fix our dryer. Great customer service and I would highly recommend for friends and family.
We were looking at buying a new oven as mine broke, then I thought I'd give this repair service a shot first. I was impressed....Vitaly came to my house within 3 hrs of my call, made the repair within half an hour, and used good parts. The problem was that my oven igniter wasn't getting hot enough to light the heating element. Now, I expect to have another 5 years of life on this old oven. It was just a little over $200 for the whole fix with a 90 day warranty.... compare that to a $2K oven with a warranty of just a year. Thanks for the overall savings!
Service guys are terrific and efficient. The dispatchers who answer the phone can be very short with customers. Just know that when you call. However, the repairs are excellent. Have used them for years.
