I was able to secure Jasmin as my postpartum doula rather last minute by happenstance. Looking back, I honestly don’t know how I would’ve gotten through those early postpartum weeks as a first time mom without Jasmin.
After an unexpected emergency c-section, I had a lot of emotions to sort through, and Jasmin held space for all of it with so much kindness and care. Additionally, her massages were a lifesaver — my body was so bent up after birth; she helped me feel like myself again. Jasmin was so helpful! Eventhough her availability didnt match with our estimated due date of delivery, she offered to help find other available doulas and promptly followed up giving us a starting point to navigate from.
I recently had a prenatal massage session with Jasmin and Michelle. As a first timer to prenatal massages, I was not sure what to expect. These two made me feel incredibly comfortable from the start. They were always making me aware of what was going on during my massage and my comfort level as far as pressure goes.I enjoyed that Jasmin took the time to explain the movements she was using and how they were safe and tailored to my pregnant body. My favorite part of this experience was the advice Jasmin gave me to help with my sleep pain and discomfort.
