Here it is 3 years later and now Michael Adams just sold my house. I had the same great experience that I had when he and Tim sold my parents' townhouse 3 years ago! Michael and his wife (who stages the house) are at the top of their game as far helping sellers turn their fixer uppers into show case homes in just a few weeks! Michael has contacts who will come in on short notice to do the work and his wife selects the paint colors and advises on finishes. Michael knows how to market too--my house sold for 92K over asking in just 5 days.

Michael did an outstanding job helping us sell our Mountain View single family home in early 2017. He got us a strong price, which in this market might be a given but not for our property. Michael advised us on all aspects of preparing the house for sale, on how to get the right listing price and set expectations at each step. Much more important for me giving a 5 star rating is how much work Michael put in to the job. We moved out of state and he managed quite a bit of work for us: the kitchen was renovate, a full bathroom was redone, the entire house was painted inside and out, and, the driveway was repaired.
