Greg's straightforward honest approach was welcome from the start. Our other pool service company when asked about fixing a recurring problem of the pool equipment blowing the circuit breaker provided a $2000 estimate to "rip and replace" (their words") the "faulty" equipment. With the pool being less than eight years old this seemed high. Seeking a competitive bid, I found Los Alto Pool Service and hadGreg over to look the equipment yielded his recommended approach which identified the oxidization component as the culprit (note this component wasn't even identified by my former pool service company as being a risk point). So, Greg quickly identified the problem, saved me an unnecessary rip and replace, and earned my service contract. I have had Los Altos Pool Service now for the past couple months and his diligence and care of my pool is masterful... my pool has never been this clean before. Thank you Greg and your service!
