Hidden gem in Downtown Los Altos. I’ve normally been to Nail Salons having been raised in East Bay & working in South Bay San Jose but this one is becoming a frequent stop of mine. I love that Downtown Los Altos is so relaxing, a great place for a walk around window shopping, some coffee or errands. Downtown has Hygia, a top tier nail salon, maybe downtown is just missing a Day Spa with a Sauna or a Dessert Shop like Europe and they may be set. Anyways, my previous nail salon next to my Home changed ownership, sadly and service went down. They were really nice, but, they overcut my toenails and it hurts even a few days after. We went mostly for the advertised pedicure massage and I honestly didn’t even realize it had started as she was just moving her hands up and down without any pressure. I think the service is very dependent on the person you get.

I had an ok experience here i got a basic manicure nothing to much it felt like i was only paying for a massage she missed spots on my nails and when she scraped it ruining the polish she didnt clean it at all and just chuckled and kept on painting
