I had such a great experience with Alejandra at Glow Up Factory in Los Altos! I came in for a lash lift and absolutely love the results. The application process was smooth, and Alejandra was so kind and professional throughout the entire appointment.
I also really appreciated her patience. I arrived a little late after getting lost (completely my fault, even though she had sent clear directions ahead of time), and she was incredibly accommodating and understanding.
Overall, such a positive experience, and I highly recommend booking your lash lift here. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I have now had two hydrafacials with Glow Up and both have been really really great. The facials are done in a small room on the second floor of the shopping center in the corner of El Camino and San Antonio. The room is beautifully decorated. The facial was expertly performed, super relaxing, I fell asleep. And my skin looked like glass afterwards. I strongly recommend !
