Very relaxing experience with great service. I got a manicure and a pedicure: right as I walked in with my mom we got seated down in massage chairs while getting a relaxing foot massage and arm massage. They also exfoliated my legs and put lotion; they have never felt softer. Overall great experience and really recommend!
I've been coming to this salon for 5 years and love it.
Everyone is professional, friendly, and caring. Lots of regular customers here which is always a good sign.
They always do an excellent job.
The salon is super clean, the owner Vivian ensuring excellent hygiene. Several technicians (Hana, Lynn, Becky) have worked here for years which is a testament to a well-run business.
The location is great too - right in downtown Los Altos with lots of shops and restaurants around.
I will definitely continue coming here and recommend this place.
It was my first time there today. I just walked in & Peony did my acrylics. She was so sweet. I love what she did. It's 1000th time getting acrylics and I have never liked them this much before. Usually they always end up looking thick and I never like the shape. But she was super attentive to what I wanted. She put in a lot of effort! I love my nails! Had an amazing experience with her! Will surely be back :) Thanks Peony!
