Saw Dr Tu today for the first time for a neck kink. Easy booking through email and she immediately started giving me guidance on reducing the pain: ICE! In the clinic, in person, she's warm and welcoming, thorough in explaining what's happening and what will help heal: home work stretches and exercises! I like how she is very clear about her fees. Professional.
