I've been going here for just under 30 years (on and off). My insurance changed back in 2019, and I had to go elsewhere. Yesterday I came back for the first time since then. The front office was nice. The Doctors assistant was rude, pushy and giving false information. She even charted things in my chart that was not correct. When the doctor came in, she sat on the computer the whole time. Barely looked at me, didn't address my concerns. It was very clear that she isn't there for the patients anymore. Dr Gloria Hu is my doctor. I also like Dr Ryan Tran. This group of doctors here at Optum are attentive and care about your health to a fault! Dr Ryan stayed on me about that mammogram and I am so glad he did, I am all clear! I love that they are about preventive care and not making a buck off of the patients. There is always plenty of parking. They are also located near many good restaurants, so that you can treat yourself after you've been good and went to the doctor like you should ! :)

I showed up on time and my wait time filling out paperwork was around 30-60 minutes. My MD was JYOTI M BAKHRU. She was nice but was very specific about me answering certain questions that I considered personal. Also she did not have anything to say regarding some of my other health issues I tried discussing with her. Not very helpful.
