This turned out to be a five star 11/10 experience. The man working today was named Ryan. I wasn’t sure when I first called because I don’t know enough about screen repair and my phones display was melting away. But he seemed to be capable, and when we arrived was first class at customer service. I will never go to the Apple Store for repair again. This was easy. This was fixed within an hour! There was no waiting in line and he even called to make sure that we got the automated text letting us know that it was ready. Cheers to Ryan and to Mobile Kangaroo!

He quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained my options, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The level of customer service and expertise was outstanding. Found this place through the Apple website and found out they are a certified apple repair shop when I couldn’t get a same day appointment at the Genius Bar. So I brought my MacBook Pro here to have the battery looked at and serviced, Christian helped me with the service. He did a great job communicating with me about the issues of my computer and assured me i could call or message with questions even after the service as well. It’s working great now and i owe it to them. Very professional and efficient.
