We recently purchased a home in Hancock Park located in Los Angeles. During demolition there were some damages that occurred to our newly remodeled William Oh's Kitchen cabinets. We were able to get an appointment made with Material Specialist rather quickly to our surprise and they were out the next day. Material Specialist sent Jerry and Robert both were professional and reassuring to speak with. With all that said, I have to admit I was a bit skeptical that some of these repairs were going to be noticeable. We had a variety of nicks, gouges, scratches and paint not matching on sets of new cabinets and bookcases that needed repair. This was due to poor quality control at the factory, as well as some damage during shipping. The cabinet manufacturer contracted with Material Specialists to make the repairs. They did an outstanding job. Danny, John and Junior were the technicians who completed the repairs. They were professional, neat, made sure all areas were properly masked off and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the day. We have used material specialist many time, to put the finishing touches on our projects. What these guys are able to do is truly amazing. Cracked tile, no problem, scratches on floors, they have you covered, chipped stone, will look like it never happened. If you are a developer or just a home owner that wants it perfect.
