I was very sick . Came n by ambulance Alyssa s. Was my nurse. Very kind and comforting. Did an iv excellent..from start to finish she was the best. Dr Hornstein was my Dr very good and attentive. Made sure i had questions answered and asked the right questions. Thank you! Rumor has it there changing hands please don't let these two slip thru your fingers
My mom had outpatient surgery there on 02/15/2024, From the beginning to the end it was a very comforting and great experience. The pre-op nurse, aftercare nurse were amazing and friendly. My mother does not speak English, they were so nice tried their best to comfort her. This was her first surgery at 78 years old. Amazing nurses, Thank you for your kindness!!!!
I had never had this procedure before but Dr Thai-Van Nguyen and Los Alamitos GI unit are excellent! I received a text to do my online registration which was a plus. When we checked in the front desk, she asked for my ID and medical card. It took less than 5 minutes for the GI pre-op nurse to call me. She took my vitals and updated my chart. The GI lab nurse took me to the GI lab. I met the GI tech, GI nurse, anesthesiologist and GI doctor. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt at ease and not nervous at all. Soon I went under and the next thing I know the post op nurse was waking me up. I had a good experience that I recommended the doctor and hospital to my sibling.
