I'm giving this Locksmith four stars already and I haven't done business at their shop yet. I Called moments ago with several questions regarding a new key for my Hyundai Sonata, I spoke with Jimmy. He was so helpful,patient,and knowledgeable. I will be going over within the next 7 days to get a new key for my car just wanted to say thanks so much for being patient having a can do attitude and answering all of my questions. I wish that customer service was like this everywhere that we go now.

Our business is located in Los Alamitos also. Robert and Los Alamitos Lock has again saved the day and for a great price. We have security cameras that Robert and his crew installed in 2019. We just had them add a couple new cameras and move some existing cameras. He, Oliver and Jimmy made sure everything was working perfectly. They even had to troubleshoot some other issues and made sure we were up and running 100%. In the past we've had them re-key all our units and they are always available for quick service. I HIGHLY recommend Los Alamitos Lock Service! Thank you Robert!!
