We provide towels, aromatherapy & chromotherapy. Hydration is Vital!! Bring a thermos or water bottle and refill with our cooler. Bring light loose clothing to change into after. Enjoy a light meal an hour before or a light snack 30 min before. We highly recommend making an appointment online or by calling the studio so we can ensure we have a room that is hot and ready for you!
