I'm so excited to have had Dr. Esmailian do my 2nd breast reduction. Ngl, it feels like he gave me back my life.
His office staff are impeccable and so on top of appointments and requirements. More than myself sometimes.
Considering I'd had the surgery before posed some difficulties with doing it a second time, but amazingly enough, not only were there no difficulties, but my feeling came back with this second surgery. Really quite amazing.
If you need a qualified, professional, dedicated Plastic Surgeon, I highly recommend Dr. Esmailian. He's remarkable.

Dr Esmailian performed a breast reduction for me, removing 5.5 pounds of tissue and taking me from an O cup to an F cup. I only cared about reclaiming my quality of life and making the back pain stop, but never imagined that the end result would be so beautiful. I am one year out from surgery and just had my first post operation mammogram. The tech said she had never seen a reduction of that magnitude turn out so beautifully. She said Dr. E was worth every penny I paid! I completely agree!

I am writing this review because my experience with Dr. Farbod Esmailian pushed me to attempted taking my own life because of the trauma his actions caused me. His response to the authorities was that I was just unsatisfied with my results. He left out the part where he performed an unnecessary procedure on me. No one should have to go through what I did, and I want to warn others before they make the same mistake.

What was supposed to be a routine surgery turned into a nightmare due to Dr. Esmailian’s poor surgical results, lack of accountability, and unethical behavior. From the start, I trusted him and believed I was in good hands. He told me I needed a breast lift which I latter found out from three other board certified surgeons - He assured me of great results, but what I got was far from acceptable. The outcome of my surgery was botched—uneven, poorly executed, and nothing like what was promised. Instead of improving my appearance, the procedure left me with visible deformities and complications that have destroyed my confidence and quality of life.

When I tried to address my concerns, I was met with dismissiveness and gaslighting. Rather than taking responsibility for his mistakes, Dr. Esmailian led me on and misled me until I was past the statute of limitations to take legal action. Looking back, I now see this was intentional—he did everything he could to avoid being held accountable, showing a complete lack of ethics and professional integrity.

What’s even more frustrating is that his staff was just as unhelpful and unprofessional. Sam his office manager constantly put me down. She seemed more focused on protecting his reputation than helping me get the care I desperately needed.

I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone, which is why I’m speaking out. No doctor should be able to get away with this. If you are considering surgery with Dr. Esmailian, I urge you to do extensive research, ask tough questions, and get a second opinion. A skilled and ethical surgeon stands by their work, takes accountability, and prioritizes patient well-being—and unfortunately, that is not what I found here.
