I’ve been coming here for years. The staff is always nice. Most recently the team did a great job removing some spots on the head and face. Healed well with almost no scaring. Other than the whole surgery thing I’ve enjoyed going to their office.

After reading these reviews I was hesitant to schedule an appointment . However , when I called they answered the phone . I was able to schedule an appt within the month .. day of my appointment , I was scheduled at 4 , and I was in the area in the morning .. i called to see if there's anyway they can see me . And sure enough I was squeezed in .. they were more than accommodating , I saw the PA ( I can't remember the names , I'm horrible at name recalling ) .. however both the PA and the MA we're extremely nice and helpful and knowledgeable .. overall great experience .. Everyone tends to post when they have a "negative" experience .... People... read full review

After reading the reviews I had major attitude upon arrival, but every person I had the pleasure of speaking to in Dr Yoo's office was kind,friendly and extremely helpful. I arrived 30mins early and had questions,(lots)on the paper work and each was answered with patience and without attitude. I appreciated that considering my age. The first appointment, paperwork and then medical stuff. Then on to see Dr. Yoo for the exam. The questions asked to confirm why I was there as a double check to understand my concerns and what I expected would take place. Happily,we were planning the same out come. Dr.Yoo checked the areas I wanted taken care of and then examined areas... read full review
