After reading these reviews I was hesitant to schedule an appointment . However , when I called they answered the phone . I was able to schedule an appt within the month .. day of my appointment , I was scheduled at 4 , and I was in the area in the morning .. i called to see if there's anyway they can see me . And sure enough I was squeezed in .. they were more than accommodating , I saw the PA ( I can't remember the names , I'm horrible at name recalling ) .. however both the PA and the MA we're extremely nice and helpful and knowledgeable .. overall great experience .. Everyone tends to post when they have a "negative" experience .... People should hear about the positives as well !
After reading the reviews I had major attitude upon arrival, but every person I had the pleasure of speaking to in Dr Yoo's office was kind,friendly and extremely helpful. I arrived 30mins early and had questions,(lots)on the paper work and each was answered with patience and without attitude. I appreciated that considering my age. The first appointment, paperwork and then medical stuff. Then on to see Dr. Yoo for the exam. The questions asked to confirm why I was there as a double check to understand my concerns and what I expected would take place. Happily,we were planning the same out come. Dr.Yoo checked the areas I wanted taken care of and then examined areas of her concerns. Very professional and appreciated. Second visit was the procedures. I won't say it painless, but it went very well. As an added note of my thoughts. Medicine has CHANGED since I was a kid. Medical is NOW BIG BUSINESS. I certainly can not stop the change, but Dr Yoo has not let the idea that it's a business interfere with DR Yoo's treating her patients with understanding and care, not just a number and pay day. Words alone can't even begin to express my deepest gratitude to the staff and doctors here, but what I can say is that you guys are really great and I will continue to appreciate all that you do for me! ^_^I've had so many issues over the years that I thought were permanent and held little to no hope for myself until I found this place. They helped me both mentally and physically in my darkest times and always managed to cheer me up and have me leave with a smile on my face. They show geniune concerns for everyone and are easy to trust.I highly recommend these lovely people, they'll help you step by step and have you feeling better than you ever could've imagined!
