“I’ve been coming to this tattoo shop quite a few times over the last year, and each time I’ve been welcomed by the warm and friendly artists who are extremely passionate about their work. I’ve mostly been coming to get some flash work done by ✨Rain and Ashlie✨, or to just hang out while my girlfriend gets her done and I always have a good time with them! I recently brought an idea for a tattoo that I’ve been wanting for awhile to Ashlie and she absolutely went above and beyond for me. The tattoo came out even better than I had ever hoped for, and the time and effort she put in to make sure each line was perfect was amazing. She always made sure I was comfortable and was doing okay since it was a longer session (6+ hrs of actual tattooing).

Ashlie is definitely a gem at Hard Times, and even though her main niche is anime style tattoos, she’s a versatile and talented artist that can bring your idea to life.

Rain is an amazing artist as well! They have an amazing eye for detail and have work that ranges from storybook characters to tarot cards.

“Hey, my 81-year-old dad wanted a tattoo of my mom so badly. He'd never had one before and was ready to go to any old tattoo shop. But I told him, "Nope, Pop, I'm taking you to a really special shop with an amazing woman who'll do your first tattoo. She's very picky about who she tattoos." And wow, he was so happy to have his first and only love inked on his right side. He's over the moon that he waited for Pym to give him his first. It's a loving tribute to the woman he married for better or worse. Thanks so much for treating my stepdad with the utmost respect and honor. I'll always be grateful. And guess what? He's already planning his next tattoo!
The shop is well organized. Super clean. The owner is cool. I've been to quite a few shops in my day and this one was fun. I really enjoyed watching everyone come in for their appointments and the process they go through. This is definitely IMO a 10-star shop

“Mike was an amazing tattoo artist, this was my biggest tattoo yet on the knee and he made sure to ask how I'm doing and made me feel comfortable. The environment was nice and not to overwhelming like other shops, it had amazing decor and every one there is kind and fun! I almost didn't want to leave after my 3 hour tattoo. I definitely recommend this shop for your upcoming tattoo. I also love how close it is, coming from Lincoln!“

“I have been wanting to get another tattoo for quite some time something with meaning and I have been eyeing a cross tattoo. I came here today to find out how much they would charge for my forearm of the tattoo that I desired one of the gentlemen working Flanders was able to get me in today at 5:30 PM. This is tattoo number five for me. I was nervous about getting the tattoo because they do hurt a little bit. This was a very quick smooth process he did a great job made me feel at ease. This is a very clean establishment very clean atmosphere. My cousin has had some of her tattoo work done at this location as well my first time here Very great establishment very friendly staff. All the people working here were super friendly and made me feel comfortable or even joking around making me laugh so it made the tattoo process go that much smoother without thinking about what was being done. The whole process took about an hour. I was really happy with how it turned out and I got a great deal tonight too this is the greatest establishment with great people. They all do wonderful great work if you have not tried them. I highly recommend that you check out secret kingdom tattoo. They are great. They did great work and it turns out beautifully. I'm very happy with the work that I got here today and I'm even planning on coming Back here to have one of my older tattoos re-touched up thank you secret kingdom tattoo you guys are awesome thank you Flanders. “Stefanie is AMAZING! This is one of the best shops I've ever been to. I am extremely picky about where I go to the point where it took me over 15 years to find a new tattoo artist. The shop is clean, everyone is super friendly, the atmosphere is great, and Stefanie and Tony are the best. I have been here 4 times since March and plan on coming back again and again. I highly recommend this shop.

Cleanliness: With my being super picky about shops, cleanliness is at the top of my list. The shop is clean, everything is sanitized, they use gloves, clean needles, sanitizer on everything, etc.“

From the start, Cailin's main goal was to make sure I was going to be happy. This was a cover-up, so it was very tricky.
