Ramiro, the owner, arrived the next day. His crew found the source of the leak and replaced tiles to correct the problem as well as fixing other weak points noticed. It was Thanksgiving holiday week. Ramiro told me to call if any signs of a problem showed up during the next storm surge. He could send a crew. I was so relieved. When the rains came, it was clear the problem was solved. I felt confident in the repairs and that Reliable Roofing would respond asap if a need arose. I am truly grateful for the crew and for Ramiro's kind and professional manner.“

They removed and hauled away the old gutters and downspouts, then installed new steel seamless gutters, counter flashing, corrugated downspouts, and leaf blaster stainless steel micro mesh gutter guard. “We met a nice woman at the San Mateo County Fair representing Gutter Dome. Our gutters were a disaster with clogged downspouts, tons of debris, high roof lines, and ancient copper gutters that were custom installed decades ago with some odd angles of the roof dealt with then. Sales guy Curt came over promptly and the bid was in line with our expectations. The installer, Dan was able to come the same week, even though it was 4th of July week. Awesome. He arrived on time and patiently cleaned every inch of our extensive and partially weakened gutters. He patched and glued sections that needed it, and did a fantastic job on all our clogged and damaged downspouts. All a part of the contract that was thousands less than we see noted in other reviews. We got great value for our money spent. Their bid included all cleaning of our extensive old gutters, repairs to a fallen spout, and 200ft of gutter dome covers installed. Dan worked diligently all day (until 8pm - 10 hours to get it all done, but he stayed like a true pro until he was satisfied all was complete) taking on one task at a time with excellent skills. The finished job is perfect with everything promised delivered exactly as stated. I am unsure what changes they have made since the poor reviews posted previously, but we found GutterDome to be one of the best contractors ever. Highly recommended.“

They found two spots with issues and stayed until the job was done... finding of all things a rock in one of the downspouts!
