I'm a little late in posting a review on Joyce but a year ago she installed a new water heater in our garage along with all the other gadgets that needed to go with it. She had been referred to us by a good friend and we weren't disappointed. She has been doing plumbing jobs for a long time and she knows what she's doing. She carries many different items in her van making it possible to do the job the first time out. We were pleased with her professionalism but also her knowledge and just an all around great gal. I might also mention that her prices are very reasonable.

My shower flooded. I called Joyce and she was able to come out the same day. She was very diligent and knowledgeable. She worked for several hours never able to find a distinct blockage. Things appeared to be clear. The next day I showered, and things were fine. I did a load of laundry and when I came home, the floor was flooded again. She came back and went in through the laundry room this time as well as under the house again. This time she took all the pipes apart and made sure they were clear.
