Bowen Therapy And Massage By Cindy

I have been going to Cindy for 6 months due to a severely herniated disc in my lower back. When I first went to her I was completely unable to stand up and in intense chronic pain. She was so patient and gentle and did exactly what my body needed each week. Now, I can stand up fully and have minimal pain. I always leave feeling so relaxed and notice the improvements in my pain each time. What started as a desperate need for weekly appointments has improved to monthly visits. I highly recommend Cindy!

I’ve had two sessions so far, and today is my third, and I’m really happy with the results. I’m a senior, and since starting Bowen therapy with Cindy, I’ve been feeling really, really good overall. I’ve been doing the exercises given to me by Cindy, and they’ve made a noticeable difference. On my way to my appointment today, my daughter even asked if I felt like I needed to go to the chiropractor, and I realized I don’t feel like I need to anymore. That’s a big change for me. Cindy Bryan is by far the best Bowen therapist I have gone to. Her methods are set apart, my body responds incredibly well to the methodical and rhythmic techniques she uses. I feel so relaxed after a session and that carries on into my week. I have back issues and since going to her I have noticed that I do not have the same worry that an acute flare up will happen (which is huge progress for me). She was an immediate help to me and now a part of my maintenance routine!
