Pros: Massage is good and if you ask for more pressure they will do it.
Cons: I always tip 25% but it seems thats never enough. they expect more but I dont let them demand for more. Tip is optional not mandatory and 25% tip is good enough. If they expect more, they should raise the prices instead.
Cons: Too noisy you cannot relax and a 1hr massage is actually 45mins because they waste so much time leaving to grab hot towels, stones, etc.
great place but the male partner that answers the phone he scares customers away, maybe language barrier or he just don't care :( One time I called he just said the girl does not work there anymore so I stopped going for 6 months. After 6 months I called and she was there ! Today I call and try to make appointment for chair massage, he said no chair massage and ready to hang up.. another customer lost ! He could say its foot massage.. Wonder how many people he lost just by answer the phone ?? The other owner she is very nice and smart !
If you need a prenatal massage, ask for Nancy. She makes sure the pressure is good (cause this mama’s got a sore back, and some places just feel like they’re being too gentle), and you’re comfortable in modified positions. I’ve been coming to her throughout my entire pregnancy, and am so grateful for her magic hands!
