Melanie did a wonderful job with my hair and makeup. She took her time and was open to feedback and ensured that I liked my makeup every step of the way. I’ve gotten my makeup by “master stylists” at other ultas and I did not get the same service and skills like Melanie. She made me feel beautiful during my special day and I can’t thank her enough. I’d definitely go out of my way to book with her again in the future.
Great location I have visited, staff are friendly and welcoming, shout out to Jessica, she has amazing customer service in color matching and has great make up knowledge, she was able to help my sister find her make up needs, she's so nice, patient and outstanding, I would recommend her to anyone 👌🏼

“THE CUSTOMER ALWAYS BEING RIGHT.” 🧐
I went in to this Ulta a week ago to buy some mascara and Ulta Lip Pencils which I LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! Anyway I just happen to have a NYC eye pencil that would not twist up for nothing and it was plastic so when I tried to sharpen it the pencil wouldn’t sharpen.
So I bring it to the front counter and there were two Ulta Professionals and one of them looked at the pen tried to twist it which it won’t then says “Oh, this is one that needs to be sharpened.” I quickly snapped back “I tried sharpening it and it’s plastic.
