They don't do refunds. I asked for a refund on the contact lenses due to not being able to see upclose with the new prescription. I also wanted to go to my previous eye doctor. They would not give me a refund or a credit to buy sunglasses. I did not go a third time to get prescription fixed. They kept the contact lenses and the money. I guess they don't care if you come back.
My experience with this location was great from beginning to end the front desk staff greeted and registered you immediately. Dr Allen Goldstone and staff made me feel at home given the fact that I am thousands of miles away from home I'm just here in California for my job for a little while and needed to have one of my eyes looked at. I didn't have an appointment and I still was seen within 15 minutes. Turns out I needed two prescriptions for my eye which the pharmacy incorrectly filled Dr Goldstone immediately corrected the mishap and even checked on me the following evening five stars to this total vision location in Long Beach
I got my glasses here almost a year ago but I also bought the insurance for them as well, I have called everyday at different time to take them in for repair and no one ever answers the phone it’s unbelievable.
