I came in for a screen repair for a IPhone X Max. I had dropped my phone several times and the screen finally hit the dust. The screen would turn on and off. The display would stay black but I could still touch the buttons and navigate the Operating system. Just not being able to see what I was navigating. Anyway, I came in as a walk in, asking for price, and time to repair. The lady was very nice, direct, and straight to the point. The repair took around 15 minutes and it was $100 bucks. I read a magazine that was there in the seating area. I read a timeline about the relationship of Jay-Z and Beyoncé. Before I knew it my phone was fixed. I was very relieved. My phone looks brand new. Thank you TC Cell Phone Repair! I would come back to this shop.
I visited this shop on June 30th for initial drop off & returned on July 3rd for estimated pick up. Nancy was very patient, communicative, thorough and kind during all interactions. Although she was not able to fix my Android phone screen, she kindly & professionally credited my Amex in full. For anyone whom write negative, undeserving reviews about her person/place of business, perhaps consider taking a look in the mirror and ask yourself if you've truly conducted yourself honestly and with ntegrity.
