The Roto-Rooter team went above and beyond to fix my broken water heater late on a Saturday night! Both Alpha and his co-worker were so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Their positive energy was infectious! And they got the job done quickly. Would highly recommend!
Sheared off an exterior hose bib, long story short. Other companies wanted 2500 to replace two valves and repair pipe. Roto Rooter did the work for less than that. Work was done in a timely manner and had water in an hour.
Alpha quickly identified the problem and clearly explained the options. He worked very efficiently, fixing our problem and leaving our bathrooms very clean. His manager Stephen also was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend.
