Technician dismissed customer's concerns and insead went right to bathroom to try and fix the issue. In the long run, technician resigned to customer's original concern about clean-out lines under house, which resolved the issue. Roto Rooter Inc. needs to revise initial technician/customer conversation to listen to the customer instead of trying to go for the maximum price they can extract from customer; I have this issue every 4 - 5 years and was greatly perplexed to be outguessed on my experiences. It wasn't that it tho it was knotts last time I went to knotts after 10 years good visit went late towards the night and went on three rides yeh nah it was worth it. ? What an experience after forever woooooo! I remember being 5 or 6 the last time I came here ???? time is a trip!
The two men who arrived (Noe and Augusta?) were absolutely amazing in identifying the problem, being patient as I was very upset by the flood in my home and clearly explaining everything that was happening. Thank you to you both again!!
