Redfin provides not only an easy guide to locate. House pieces of real estate, it provides good details on the total cost of ownership. E.g. real estate taxes, insurance, proposed mortgage payment. This is a good platform.for first time home buyers and investors. The layout is easy to navigate and share although , due to glitches not always sharable..Definitely would recommend for anybody looking for their personal home or an investment.
