I went in tonight for a hour massage. It started with the masseuse walking in not identifying herself! she than starts working on me. She did not ask what kind of massage I was looking for or ask if I had any spots that needed working on. She basically just rubbed me down no pressure in the same spots not rotating elsewhere. Before the hour ended she mentioned to me to tip more , to get more of a better service. Mind you she asked for payment at the start and on top of that I thru in the tip (20%). Yelp should have the option of giving a ZERO rating because that's what this so-called business deserves. My husband and I are here visiting for the weekend from Las Vegas. I called earlier, made an appointment for 12, secured a LYFT ride and arrived on time. We were told they were "busy". I tried to explain that I had an appointment and had spoken to them earlier in the day. Nothing. I was just told "sorry" and that the lady I spoke to doesn't work there anymore. Well how exactly is she answering your phone then? Horrible, horrible, horrible. We walked out and came directly across the street to ANOTHER massage studio. They are thankfully accommodating us as walk-ins. I believe in people being stereotyped and I'm almost positive that's what occurred at Rainbow Massage. The nerve. Please do not give these liars your business.

Excellent massage. They followed the COVID restrictions, took my temperature, asked me to wash my hands, etc. I got a 60 minute massage, no up-sell for more minutes and the masseuse split the time well. Asked me hard, medium or soft and followed my guidance. Used oil but cleaned me up with hot washcloths. The masseuse was older, friendly and knew her business well. I'm sorry but I didn't get her name. I will be a repeat customer. Highly recommended.
