I have been coming to Joe's for years, I enjoy walking over from my house. I don't get anything fancy for my nails since I've always been an avid nail biter but these days my manicures are looking better & better every time & I'm always pleased with their service & price-point! I come here for my haircuts & today I got my first highlights! I came in & asked Louie to give me red highlights & Louie understood the assignment. U know when u move to another city and u already have ur nail place established u can't really trust anyone else... but couldn't make it to pedro that day and haven't gone back loved it there... There is one girl that rushes n is very rough when she does pedicures but other than that I recommend this place

I never write reviews here on Yelp, but after today I just had to. I came from Koreatown, Los Angeles to get my eyelash extensions done by Han, but she wasn't even there. That's about 20-25 miles away from where I live. It would be good idea if they confirmed the day or night before customers' appointments. All she stated was I'm sorry. Knowing how expensive gas is right now, she could've at least threw a discount for making me wait. Nothing. Unprofessional.
