Our garbage disposal started leaking from the bottom in a big way Friday evening (it is always a weekend things happen, right? ?. But it wasn’t an emergency so I called early Monday morning and set up a Tuesday appointment.
To my surprise, Jordan the owner called back asking for details and said he could make it over by 10:00 am with a new one. By 11:00 the new one was installed and working and Jordan was giving me tips on what to do if something got stuck, if it smells and needs a cleaning (lemon vinegar and ice), etc.
As usual, Primo provided the best service ever with speed, professionalism, and a friendly attitude!
Today we had our water supply to the house replaced. Steven, Charlie and Jordan came to the house . They were on-time and friendly. Great to work with and I highly recommend them. A local long beach company.
I talk to Jordon about a leaky (Hot Water Heater). He told what it would cost over the phone for a new one, and gave me a Veteran discount also. Steven came out, and install a new one. He was very professional, and a really nice man. Also Steven did a nice job cleaning up after himself. Both Jordon, and Steven are very nice, and I would definitely recommend them to family's and friends.
