I love Dr de la Cal. She explains everything well and considers your feelings (and wallet...as much as possible)
Vets are all expensive. This was as expected.

Everyone, from the front desk/tech staff to the vet were great. Professional but also down-to-earth and handled my extremely large but wallflower cat with calm confidence. I also very much appreciated how Dr. De La Cal explained her observations and suggestions. Also, there was no push for additional services or products.

We were very happy with the care at Primary Care Animal Hospital. Dr. Kate Raczak and the assistants were amazing with our dog’s first vet visit and made her very comfortable. Everyone was very helpful with answering our questions and taking care of our girl. I was recommended to see Dr. Raczak by two of my patients at work and could not be happier!

Dr Kate and Dr Daniella are wonderful. Unfortunately, they’ve just added Dr Dani. Dr Dani is newly qualified veterinarian. She has no empathy for what pet companions go through when caring for an older and chronically ill pet. Dr Dani is arrogant and knows it all now that she’s a practicing vet. Stay away from here. You’ve been warned!

We were referred here by a friend when we got our fist puppy and we couldn't be happier with the care we've received so far! Dr. Kate is wonderful and the staff are all friendly. We now have two puppies, neither are ever scared or anxious being here and they seem to love everyone. Our oldest just had his neutering and it went very smooth, the incision is so small I almost could see it at first and it's been healing so nicely. We're very glad to have found this place and we plan on making Primary Care Animal Hospital and Dr. Kate our lifelong vet!

I trust their vets (dog-tors) and staff 100% with my dog (female husky-mix, 2.5 years old). Everyone is super loving and approachable when meeting her. They usually sit on the ground when communicating with her. If she just comes in to update vaccines, the owners usually stay in the waiting area while when it’s time for their annual physical, you are in the room with your pet. I have them taking care of my dog ever since she was a puppy and they remember her full history. Super important for me: I’m not getting pushed into spaying her. They inform you about the pros and cons but it’s not like with other vets where they keep giving you a bad feeling when you decide to keep her natural. This vet is a little more on the pricier side in comparison with other facilities.

I have a cane corso who is anxious and the staff is amazing. Dr. Kate did his neuter surgery 2 years ago and did a great job. Now we are back after 2 years. After having a negative experience with another vet who dismissed my concerns regarding my dog's emergency surgery post healing. I decided to seek additional consultation. I called and made an appointment. The staff was very reassuring and got me in quickly. Dr. Kate was great and has been the only vet to complete the physical exam without having to sedate him. I explained previously that he does better with me in the room and the staff was accommodating and worked with me to ensure my dog was not more stressed than necessary. Although PCAH is an hour away, it is worth the drive to ensure my fur baby gets the care needed.
