David McKeag has been an excellent Personal Trainer for me! We moved to Long Beach a few months ago and I wanted to find an expert Trainer with deep experience working with folks over 40 years old. David is perfect! I also really like Trey, who owns the facility.Our workouts are fun, have the right amount of challenge, and are different every time. The studio is just the right size and they have all the equipment you'll need for a good workout. And, it's always great to feel sore and sexy after a workout!

I recently started training with Chuck and I’m extremely happy with my training. He’s incorporated so many new moves to improve my golf game, strength, balance, and mobility. Chuck has a wealth of experience training others and does an amazing job keeping our workouts intense and interesting, while ensuring safety is top of mind. He’s also very good factoring the mental part of training which has been invaluable. My husband and I have both been working out with Trey for a few years now. We always love the workouts but what sets him apart is his knowledge. I appreciate that we stretch fully and he makes sure that our form is correct so we avoid injury. It is important for us to stay fit as we get older and our sessions with Trey help us stay on track. The gym is small and intimate, always clean and has great equipment. I have done the bootcamp classes as well as personal training and both have been great. If you are local to Long Beach/Seal Beach and looking for a trainer, call Park East fitness! And if you happen to live in Park Estates this is the perfect neighborhood gym.

This gym has everything you need in a very organized and efficient space. The trainers are consistent and super nice with a very holistic approach. I moved from along Beach and miss having this place as my local gym, but I work out there every time I'm in town!

I've been training with Chuck Sobol for three years and I can't stress how much of a difference he has made to me in terms of my improved health, strength and reduced stress levels. I am over 65 and finally realized that if I didn't commit to a regular exercise regimen, I was going to gradually lose my opportunity to enjoy an active life. I've never regretted my choice. An important part of staying on a regular program for me was selecting the right gym. The larger gyms weren't for me and I knew I'd never stay with it. Park East was an ideal choice. It's smaller, less distractions and very comfortable. I strongly recommend them and I would definitely try to get Chuck to work with you if he has any openings. He's been a trainer for 20 plus years, has worked with some pretty interesting people and is always prepared for our sessions so that I get the most out of them. High five to these guys!
