Dr. Huy Phan And the entire staff at Optum’s Spring Street office are top-notch. I have a lot of medical concerns andI am always treated with respect. I never wait long, and get excellent, Compassionate care. All of my questions are answered. It is easy to book appointments and there is plenty of parking. The doctor is empathetic, knowledgeable, and very caring. He really listens to me and my concerns. He is also my husband’s doctor. We will be patients of Dr Phan as long as he will have us.!
I have been going to this location for about 25 years. Always have a good experience with the doctors, their insight and their follow up. My primary care doctor is Dr. Nouh and I can’t say enough good things about him. He also sees my husband after a serious accident where he needed constant attention and referrals. Dr. Nuoh is experienced personable, and you can tell he genuinely cares about us and we’re not just a number in a big system. I also recently saw Dr. Arsi and she is great as well, takes her time and followed up with me the same day for a referral by email and a phone call from her assistant. I love this Optum office. The staff is always friendly and patient...read full review
I have been patient for over a decade. Care was quite competent during the 6 months of my West Nile episode. The OPTUM franchise must have been purchased within the last year. Reception was not interested when I arrived, no smiles or greeting. The care staff is better but presents as overworked. The numerous schedule glitches were ‘computer issues’ or my fault. I am the customer! I want to continue treatment with my Primary Dr. Nouh. I do NOT want to return to OPTUM facilities. Being disenfranchised sucks.
Not my monkey, Not my circus.
