Noelle was absolutely amazing and I wish a review could really describe how amazing this whole process was with her. This was the first time my husband and I sold a home and she explained every step along the way. She attracted multiple offers above the listed price with an effective pricing and marketing strategy that allowed us to weather two cancellations and still stay in escrow at top dollar.
She Collaborated and communicated with the buyer's agent, their lender, the appraiser, escrow and title companies to be sure we closed on time.
