Dr Mei is a true professional, she did a great job on my Botox procedure. Her staff is very nice and I am overall pleased with my experience. My wrinkles are gone!

Came here for the botox deal and was impressed. The Drs office is super clean and accesible. The front desk was very organized and the ladies were super friendly. The Dr was very attentive and knowledgeable about where best and how best to use the injections. She helped me redeem some remaining credits I had with the brilliant distinctions program. Parking is good, plus the beach is just down the street! Yay! Would come again!

This place is the worst ! Doctor Sarah Mei is so unprofessional ! My experience was awful . If you plan to go to her for Botox , don't spend your money their . I ha d the worst botox ever ! It only lasted for 2 weeks , and before she did the work she DEMANDS payment first . Her approach about receiving funds NOW was beyond rude ! The work she did was so awful that I had to go to a far superior doctor to remove the damage she did . She is not a a specialist with botox and is clueless with beauty .Her staff were very rude as well as unprofessional . The room that I was taken to is a storage room filled with lots of instruments in there , plus it was FILTHY ! I will never go back and put myself in a very dangerous and compromising situation again . Folks even if she has a sale on botox DO NOT GO it'll end up costing you more money because you will need to go to another doctor to dissolve the bad work she did . She enforces her choices and does not listen to the patient and that is not right . So once again DO NOT see her for any botox , don't waste your money ...... Stay away from this facility ......

Dr Mei is easy to work with, shows understanding of my health issues, and respects my lifestyle and desire to avoid pharmaceuticals. She responded quickly to my requests recently, as I have been putting off seeing medical professionals during the pandemic. It's always been a pleasure to be attended to by Dr Mei and her staff.
