What I appreciate about Babak is that he is a true Buyer’s advocate. I’ve bought and sold several homes over the years, and none of my buying agents said anything as we were seeing homes. They waited for my thoughts, whereas Babak was pointing out the good, bad and ugly, proactively. He made a list of things we were going to ask to be fixed, including replastering the pool. I would have not thought about asking for that!
Not only did the seller accept my offer below asking, he credited me for repairs and also another $6K toward replastering!
