The process of acquiring a HELOC could not have been easier or quicker. Babak is extremely professional, knowledgeable and cares deeply about his clients. We were kept aware of the status of our loan throughout the process. We were never inconvenienced and it was easy to get our documents submitted without hassle or worry. We cannot think of any reason why someone would use anyone else for their loan and real estate needs. Babak is excellent and provides above and beyond great customer service.

I’ll start by saying I wasn’t looking for a house, not really. Babak is a friend of a family member who made the introduction. Babak ran some numbers for me and showed that I COULD afford to buy! I started a tentative search, and bam! I’m sitting in my new house. If you asked me in February how it would feel to be out of my apartment and into a new house, I’d laugh.
What I appreciate about Babak is that he is a true Buyer’s advocate. I’ve bought and sold several homes over the years, and none of my buying agents said anything as we were seeing homes.
