I came in most likely with a strep throat. I had a 10am appointment, checked in right on time. Unfortunately I left my id at home and they will not check me in even though I'm in their system or hold my appointment for 15 mins so I can go home get my id in the meantime. Then I asked if I can check in for a waitlist. One of the nurses jumped in the conversation and said I cannot check you in because you have to be inside waiting. Inside waiting!? With all the sick patients inside. I said I will be outside since it's an hour wait, I'll go home and get my id in the meantime. She still wouldn't check me in or hold my appointment. I suggest find another urgent care because they are making everything more difficult. Definitely won't come back here again!

I visited the lab on Bellflower to have my quarterly labs drawn. My name was called a couple minutes after I sat down. I was greeted by Debbie Smith. She got my tubes ready and talked to me while doing so. She had a bright friendly smile. Before I knew it she was putting a bandaid on snd I felt nothing! Best blood draw ever!! Debbie is friendly, caring and a bright light in the lab. Thanks Debbie you made a dreaded visit bearable!

I went on Monday for an abscess and waited to be seen for 3 hours, I was 16th in line. Had to go back Wednesday for a follow up and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Had to go back again today (Thursday) and was there for over an hour waiting and this was with a reservation, I finally left without seeing anyone. They called me one hour and 15 minutes past reservation time and asked where I was because they were looking for me. What? You’re looking for me after an hour?I am very disgusted with this Urgent Care. There is more people standing around talking and laughing then anything. The people at the reception desk were so loud, you couldn’t even hear your name being called. A lot of people were not happy with this place and with good reason. I sure hope this gets fixed because I’ve been a member for years.

Took my son to this urgent care for a possible broken ankle, and I have to give a special mention to Kelly in the front desk. She was very friendly, honest, and informative. It made the decision to stay to wait as a walk in patient or schedule an appointment an easy one. She was also very efficient in how she was handling registration of patients, and she did not lose sight of what's important... and that is to make every patient feel very important. She is the kind of employee that I know is a valuable asset to the company because of how she conducts herself as the reflection of what the company is about. Thank you, Kelly for being kind and helpful towards me today... know that what you do, and how you act, makes a difference - especially for a low key Mom in panic like me.

I had my first visit to Memorial Care LB this past Monday for my annual physical examination. The medical care provided by everyone I met here was exemplary. The receptionist was polite and professional, helping me through the check in process without any issues. Valerie, the nurse, came out to greet me in the lobby right on schedule with my appointment time. She was kind and friendly and performed all the preliminaries. Dr. Cameron Lee arrived shortly afterward and we got through any pressing medical issues indicated in my records. He was sensitive to all my questions and did not rush me through the appointment. His assistant directed me to the lab where Connie drew my blood for the necessary lab tests. She was also very kind and efficient. I was able to get through the entire appointment in less than 45 minutes. All LAB results were available the next morning in My-Chart. Everything normal...YAY!!! It is great to have this medical facility so close to my home in Los Altos.

DO NOT visit this urgent care!!! This is the worst urgent care I have ever been to in my entire life!!! I have been waiting for over 2 WEEKS to get the results back for a parasite stool test. The doctors told me I would only have to wait 5-7 business days and it has been a lot longer than that. Every time I have contacted the office for an update on my results, I have been dismissed and brushed aside. I will never visit this urgent care ever again!!
