The first thing i do whether its a restaurant, doctor or home decor store i will definitely read the reviews.. After reading reviews on Dr Hiren Patel i wasn't sure if i should go through with surgery or not because the reviews weren't the best. Forgetting i know a nurse at the hospital I asked around about how he performs etc .. I was told i would be in the BEST hands. I went through with Dr Patel being my surgeon & I am so glad i did. Very thorough doctor, met with me before surgery and really made sure i was comfortable & I felt safe ( Before going into the OR i was a mess - He waited till i stopped crying and was really able to talk to me and explain the surgery and his confidence of the whole procedure considering my medical history) His team of staff in the OR were very comforting SO patient. Even the girls in his office, when i would call with any questions prior to surgery they were so polite and sweet. Even though Dr Patel was so comforting in person, of course after hearing all the risk ( me being at high risk ) i really thought of the worst, anyone would have questions in the back of their head - But glad to say surgery went perfect, no complications at all. Very minimal cuts & everything was exactly what Dr Patell said even sent me home with meds so we didn't have to go stop at a pharmacy. Thank you for everything Dr Patel , you really provided me with a great " 1st surgery experience " I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. Highly recommend

The staff was outstanding. I felt comfortable & confident with everyone. Our family grew up in LB & my Mom needed care. Marina ( nurse) Dr Shavelle, Dr Mehta, everyone was amazing & now my Mom is home. Grateful

An amazing, compassionate and professional hospital. I had the unfortunate experience of having some post operative issues, at another hospital. This one was closer to home. The ER department had a lot going on (a Saturday night) and yet everything was done right. My nurse Tee in the ER was awesome at managing my pain and making my stay more comfortable , even getting a more comfortable bed due to my excruciating back pain. These nurses are doing a fantastic job in a Saturday night chaos ridden and high stress environment. They do it all with a smile on their faces. When I moved up to neurosurgery, the nurse who greeted me was Ariel, who was a very friendly chap. All the nurses their aids, the break nurses are fantastic, you almost feel like you're in a hotel rather than a hospital setting, yet they remain professional and committed to your care. Despite the fact my procedure was done in another hospital, it didn't stop the staff at this hospital doing a good job managing my pain. A few nurses who went out of their way for me who are worth mentioning are: Lilly Ashley Prascilla, the PT Jennifer Ariel Megan Lorena Bianca Liz Daisy So many more staff members helping also. I would recommend this hospital to anyone needing help.
