horrible business. the front office staff are not only rude and disrespectful, but also flat out lie to your face. for a place that has high traffic for mentally ill patients, i am appalled at the severe lack of care given to the patients who go here. should be absolutely ASHAMED to even have the word “counselling” in the name. do not go here.
My doctor constantly calls in incorrect prescriptions if he calls them in at all. On numerous occasions he has prescribed the wrong mg for my medications. He has called in rx's that i no longer take, and he's even called in a medication that was not for me at all. It was for a different patient! Once he left me a voicemail, setb the phone down without hanging it up, and I overheard an entire appointment take place between him and another patient! Her name, meds, etc.
I had an amazing experience! The lady on the phone helped me set up an appointment and the paperwork was simple. I got in touch with a licensed psychiatrist and was prescribed my meds after being untreated for years. No issues with my insurance and all the staff were kind and respectful.
